As the fall season is approaching, I have been so excited to begin pulling out and adding new pieces to my wardrobe. Items that I have been leaning toward in particular have been great pieces I like to call live-in pieces that can be worn throughout the day and styled with many different types of looks. The vest featured in this post is one of those items. I found this vest while traveling in Johannesburg, South Africa and was able to meet the designer. Her name is Jane of Somerset Jane. Her collection is a sophisticated-chic, city inspired brand that captures and celebrates pieces with a geometrical and architectural structure to them. The vest featured in this post has that geometrical, structured feel to it that aligns with the strong-mimalist tendencies within my wardrobe and style choices.
Below, I’ve included links to Somerset Jane website and social medic accounts to check out her growing brand and collection. Overall, I love her brand because the looks are edgy enough to make a statement, yet grounded in their structure to be great staples in your wardrobe. The best part is that her pieces are at a great budget friendly price! Thank you for reading today! I’d love your comments on designers that you have found that you connect with and would suggest for me to try! I’m always in the mood to find new artists/brands!
